This critical period included working closely in collaborative practice with an experienced MD psychiatrist, which has rigorously honed her skills in pharmacological management and therapeutic interventions for a wide spectrum of mental health disorders.

Her exceptional leadership skills propelled her from a Medical Receptionist role to Clinical Director, overseeing five clinics, and then promoted to Managing Director, and managing billing and marketing responsibilities. An entrepreneurial spirit defines her career, evident in her success in building a practice from inception and co-founding a new business venture.

Brittny consistently demonstrates a commitment to high standards, providing excellent clinical support and prioritizing patient well-being, in addition to co-founding a new business venture.
